Dare2b – Mens Activewear and Sportswear
As part of the in-house team at Dare2b, I designed performance-driven men’s activewear for the Spring/Summer 2018 collection. The focus was on creating functional, value-led products that combined bold aesthetics with technical fabrics for a gym-to-outdoor crossover appeal. The collection featured a strong visual identity across graphic prints, including animal motifs, forest silhouettes, and textured stripe compositions.

Key Design Projects
The range included engineered seam-free base layers, breathable performance vests, 2-in-1 running shorts, tights, and full-zip jackets. I worked across every stage from concept sketches to supplier-ready tech packs. Key features included reflective trims, ergonomic panel placement, quick-dry fabrics, and directional colour blocking. Graphic highlights included a bear silhouette set against a mountain backdrop, a wolf illustration with “Wild Side” typography, a cyclist motif with textural lines, and nature-inspired layered compositions—all developed to elevate the outdoor identity of the range.

Outcome & Brand Value
The final range was stocked across UK and European retailers and delivered a commercial yet fashion-forward look that balanced price point with performance. Dare2b’s menswear segment grew during this period, supported by technically designed products that were ready for both gym and outdoor training. Graphic-led garments helped build a cohesive story across product categories, resonating with fitness and outdoor consumers alike.
