Designing to a Fashion Brief
Twenty years of fashion design experience have helped hone Jonathan's design skills.
When designing fashion collections, no two projects are the same. Each fashion brief is unique and requires an understanding of the target audience demographic and product range. Making sure to incorporate market research and the latest fashion trends.
Over time Jonathan has built up a vast library of designs. From working as an activewear designer at Umbro to a denim designer at Next, there's plenty of knowledge and work he can use for inspiration. Yet each new brief sees trends, fits, and consumers change, so each collection is hand-crafted to suit the direction of the brief.
Jon is professional and reliable, always making time for his clients, finding the best way to incorporate their input and keeping them involved in the process.
If you are looking for a freelance fashion designer for apparel design, clothing development, or even just a freelance tech pack designer, Jonathan Mitchell is here to help. He designs clothes remotely for brands worldwide, communicating over email, phone, messaging services, and video calls. For companies in the north of England, around Manchester, Liverpool, Bradford, Leeds, Huddersfield, and Sheffield, Jonathan is always happy to set up face-to-face consultations and work on-site if necessary. He has a fashion design studio in Marsden, suitable for holding sample fittings and design meetings if required. Fill in the contact form above to arrange a free 20-minute consultation.
